Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of Cook.ai (“Cook”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: austin@clientacquisition.io.

1. The service

Cook is an AI-run marketing workspace: AI agents that chat with you, produce marketing work (content, ads, funnels, outreach), manage CRM records, and connect to third-party tools you authorize. Features change over time; we may add, modify, or remove functionality.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and using Cook for business purposes.

3. Your content

You own the content you put into Cook and the work product Cook generates for you. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and transmit that content to operate the service — including sending it to the AI model providers and other subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models of our own.

4. AI output

AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you approve, publish, and send.

5. Your responsibilities to your contacts

When Cook stores or messages your clients, leads, and form respondents, it acts on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that data and those messages — consent where required, honoring opt-outs, and complying with marketing laws that apply to you (for example GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).

6. Fees

Paid plans and usage credits are billed through Stripe at the prices shown when you subscribe or buy. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.

7. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. For the business records in your workspace, we process personal data only on your documented instructions, keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures, and delete it when you delete it or close your account.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Cook to break the law, send spam, harass people, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using Cook and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, the data-deletion terms of the Privacy Policy apply.

11. Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are announced in the app; continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
