Roadmap
What is planned, what is being built, what shipped
Cook.ai ships every day, built by the same agents it sells alongside a small team of humans. One chart of the next six months: pick a bar to read what it covers, and follow the arrows to see what waits on what. Last updated August 13, 2026.

Phone app · Polish and share sheet
In reviewAug 8 – Aug 28
- Polish batch. Mention chips, workspace logos, a pill tab strip, a floating dock, and a slide-over sidebar.
- Share into Cook from any app. The iPhone share sheet sends pages, photos, and links to your workspace. Being proven on real phones now.
Workspaces and agents · Teach Cook and onboarding
In reviewAug 5 – Sep 12
- Teach Cook. Record yourself doing a task and the recording becomes a skill your agents can use. In the app today as coming soon.
- One way into a new workspace. New workspaces open on a four-chapter interview instead of a scatter of setup screens.
- Reports in your name. Daily reports sign with your organization's own name instead of Cook.ai.

- More offer shapes. Appointment, course, webinar, and local-service funnels, each with safer publish defaults.
Content and testing · More buyer panels

- More simulated panels. Grow past the healthcare-practice panel so more industries can test ads before spending.

Platform · Asset review

Shipped this week
Phone app · Cook for iPhone, in beta
Shipped · Aug 11-13Aug 11 – Aug 13
- Cook for iPhone is in beta. The first TestFlight build is approved and running on real phones.
- Capture makes content. Shoot photos or video on your phone and Cook cuts them into posts in your Library.
- Home shows your numbers. Routines and Performance on the phone home screen, the same as the web app.
- Push notifications. Every phone build registers for push correctly.
Desktop browser · Own chrome and cloud handoff
Shipped · Aug 12-13Aug 12 – Aug 13
- The Browser owns its chrome. Cleaner tabs, an address bar that stays a quiet label until you edit it, and the AI agent pill on the tab strip.
- Cloud browser handoff. When an agent hits a login or a decision it cannot make, it hands you the live browser in chat and resumes when you are done.
- Your logins in the cloud. Copy this computer's signed-in sessions into your cloud browser, and revoke that access at any time.
- A start page. Shown when every tab is closed, instead of an empty view.
Funnels and booking · Git publishing and booking
Shipped · Aug 12Aug 12
- Publishing runs over git. Funnel deploys stopped failing, and images survive edits.
- Built-in scheduling. Funnels book meetings on Cook's own booking pages. No external calendar account is required.
- Safer funnel files. Pages can no longer be overwritten by blank templates or damaged images, and the preview gained an address bar.
Content and testing · Create page and buyer panels
Shipped · Aug 11-12Aug 11 – Aug 12
- A Create page on the web. Drop media on the page and the workspace cuts it, the same flow as the phone.
- Platform signals. Every item shows validated signals: TikTok saves, Instagram plays, YouTube length trade-offs.
- Simulated buyer panels. Test ads against simulated buyers before spending real budget. A healthcare-practice panel joined.
- Real link previews. Links to the app show real preview cards, and a shared asset's card draws its own artwork.
Workspaces and agents · SMS, voice and attribution
Shipped · Aug 12-13Aug 12 – Aug 13
- SMS and voice. Zernio joined Twilio as a provider, with A2P registration handled from the Integrations department.
- Ad revenue attribution. Connect Hyros and agents can see which ads actually made the money.
- Chat stays out of your way. An agent's question no longer interrupts your typing, and the agent panel is resizable.
- No background delays. Long unattended agent runs no longer hold up scheduled jobs.

Cook.ai writes the content, runs the ads, builds the funnels and works the CRM from one workspace. Everything on this page is in the product, not a slide.
